High-speed hybrid 3D AOI system
Introduction
The Yamaha YRI-V 3D AOI combines all good quality, high speed, accuracy, resolution and image quality. It’s full 2D and 3D inspection system, is capable measuring every inspection items that can appears both in SMD an THT technologies. This AOI machine has the capability to measure objects up to 25mm independently from the chosen lens! It uses 8-way 3D projector to eliminate shadow effects and 3D noises. It is equipped with coaxial lighting for crack inspection, ultra-high resolution lens – up to 5um – for miniatures, and a 20 Mpixel side camera for angle inspection. In dual lane design, with its only 1 fixed rail is compatible for any other dual lane machine design in the line.
