In our application technology laboratory, i.e E-LABit can be found in many of the devices we sell. Thanks to that, on the one hand, we can present the possibilities of the equipment to our partners, and on the other hand, we can perform soldering and testing tasks. Two are in the lab GE Phoenix X-ray is also available, for which we also provide machine operator training as needed.
IPC education
ELAS is an official IPC training and certification center (licensed IPC training and certification center) and registered member. With several training and certification programs, we also teach the IPC Standards on Application Engineering (CIS) and three levels of Standards Trainers (CIT) (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21 and J-STD-001). Our IPC instructors are waiting for those who want to get the qualification anywhere in the country and in their own training room.

ELMOTEC - NEW PARTNER AND TECHNOLOGY
Salt robotic soldering
Soldering is the soul of all electronic manufacturing, which is why ELAS has been dealing with reflow machines, wave, selective vapor phase soldering and technical soldering training under the auspices of IPC and with its own theme from the very beginning. Our newest partner, the Swiss ELMOTEC AG, complements this portfolio with its versatile soldering robots. These robots are ideal solutions for the rapidly growing need to automate manual soldering. In addition to the SolderSmart desktop robot, ELMOTEC also offers integrated soldering units and inline machines for tasks of any capacity.
Our demo gear is coming soon! We welcome all those interested in automating their manual soldering production for soldering tests!
SMALL SERIES OF MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC PLANTS:
Fritsch SMT
The specialty of the well-known German manufacturer is the development of manual and automatic planting machines. We recommend these machines to those just starting out in electronics manufacturing or small batch manufacturers who value flexibility but still need a precise and reliable machine. Fritsch machines with a wide selection of implantable parts and a large number of feeders are ideal for large mix and small volume production with few changes. In addition to solder paste dispensing heads that can be integrated into Fritsch machines, the product range also includes manual pattern printers and minireflow ovens, so that even the entire small batch of the production line can be assembled as needed.

SELECTIVE RIDER – INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING THE CONDITION OF SELECTIVE SOLDERING MACHINE
A gap-filling tool from ECD, with which the performance of any selective soldering machine can be reproducibly tested and monitored even without a test panel. The data can be displayed in a new module of the already well-known MoleMAP software, and customized key process indicators (KPIs) can be statistically analyzed (SPC).
The main parameters of selective soldering that can be tested:
Preheat temperature, solder height, actual nozzle position (X, I, Z), solder diameter, nozzle end solder temperature and immersion time. With the help of the Minifluxometer, the spray pattern of the DropJet or Ultrasonic fluxer can be examined and possible clogging and slippage of the application can be detected.
The instrument can be used to test inline or offline selective soldering machines of any brand. We are also happy to be available to our partners for on-site testing, please contact us regarding this elas@elas.hu on adress.
