Introduction

The YSM40R placer is the fastest four-head placement machine, capable of mounting four large panels on four stages across two lanes at a speed of 200,000 CPH per meter. This model is specifically recommended for high-volume production where robust placement of chip or LED components is required. With the YSM40R equipment, the speed of a Yamaha dual-lane production line can be boosted to 200K CPH with a short extension, maintaining optimal line balance.

Three types of heads are available depending on the components to be placed, but the RS head is typically recommended to utilize the machine’s maximum speed.
