Yamaha YRM10

The Yamaha YRM10 is a single-head high-end technology mounter with +-35um um accuracy capable of 52000 CPH mounting speed at affordable price. Its small size makes this machine ideal for small production areas and it has all the necessary features such as auto nozzle change, side camera, coplanarity checker, or BGA ball detection with AOI linkage that its bigger brothers have. The system is equipped with 96 feeder location and automatic tray changer unit can be attached to it from any side. With using more YRM10 system in one production line, the most even line balance can be achieved easily, as Yamaha’s one head solution is the key for extremely simple calculation and placement sharing. Yamaha offers 2000+ types of special nozzles for unique parts, and special nozzle kit is also available for engineers whom likes to build up their own nozzle type inhouse.
