IPC-A-610 - ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES ACCEPTANCE - ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Through our fellow IPC-A-610 Master IPC Trainers, those who successfully pass the IPC-A-610 training exam can receive an internationally recognized CIT or CIS certificate with a serial number. In addition to the mandatory 2 modules, the training will be held in accordance with the IPC rules in consultation with the client. Certificates are valid for 2 years. We also undertake the obligation to renew qualifications acquired elsewhere in accordance with IPC rules. The training can take place in the training hall of ELAS Kft. or, at the customer's request, on its premises.
IPC-7711/7721B - REPROCESSING, MODIFICATION AND REPAIR OF ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES - REPROCESSING, MODIFICATION AND REPAIR OF ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES
IPC-7711/21 Through our fellow Master IPC trainers, during IPC-7711/21 training, those who successfully pass the exam can receive an internationally recognized certificate with a CIT or CIS number. During training, students put what they have learned into practice and report on their skills in manual soldering, panel repair and modification, and using standards. In addition to 1 mandatory module, the training is held according to the rules of the IPC, with consultation with the client, and the other 8 modules. Certificates are valid for 2 years. We also undertake the obligation to renew qualifications acquired elsewhere in accordance with IPC rules. The training can take place in the training hall of ELAS Kft. or, at the customer's request, on its premises.
J-STD-001E - REQUIREMENTS FOR SOLDERED ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES - REQUIREMENTS FOR SOLDERING ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES
Through our fellow IPC J-STD-001 Master IPC Trainers, during IPC J-STD-001 trainings, those who successfully complete the exam can receive an internationally recognized CIT or CIS certificate with a serial number. The J-STD-001 E standard is an internationally recognized and applied industry standard that describes regulations related to soldering used in the manufacture of electrical and electrical connectors. It includes expectations regarding the materials to be used (soldering materials, fluxes), components (on-hole and surface), tools, and the cleaning and inspection process (product assurance). The J-STD-001E component and circuit support chapters are in accordance with IPC-A-610E. During the training, students master the course material both in theory and in practice and present the theoretical and practical knowledge of the standard. The training includes considerable soldering practice. In CIS training, in addition to 1 mandatory module, the other 4 modules are held according to IPC rules in consultation with the customer. Certificates are valid for 2 years. We also undertake the obligation to renew qualifications acquired elsewhere in accordance with IPC rules. The training can take place in the training hall of ELAS Kft. or, at the customer's request, on its premises.
IPC/VHMA-A-620B - Requirements and acceptance of cable and wire harness assemblies - Requirements and acceptance of cable and wire harness assemblies
During the IPC/VHMA-A-620B training, those who successfully pass the exam can receive an internationally recognized certificate with a CIS number. During the training, students are introduced to the acceptance criteria for wire and cable assemblies. The new standard (revision B) includes expanded acceptance criteria for connector injection molding, filling, crimp joints, insulation cutting connectors, connector assembly, rigid and conformal cables, flexible insulating tubes, broom-like wiring, electrical and mechanical test procedures. Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to perform work related to the quality control of wire and cable installation. In addition to the mandatory module 1, the training will be held in accordance with the rules of the IPC, together with the other 7 modules, in consultation with the client. Certificates are valid for 2 years. We also undertake the obligation to renew qualifications acquired elsewhere in accordance with IPC rules. The training can take place in the training hall of ELAS Kft. or, at the customer's request, on its premises.
ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY COURSES
During the training, we focus on the introduction of theoretical and practical knowledge related to individual production technologies, as well as the connections between them. During the training, we convey numerous case studies and practical experience, relying on the experience of our professionals working in these fields, accumulated over a decade at ELAS Kft. Before classes, we assess the level of knowledge and consult as needed. The training can take place in the training hall of ELAS Kft. or, at the customer's request, on its premises.
