With this equipment, the maximum speed required for mass production can be compressed into a compact space of one (1) meter. This type is also characterized by low maintenance costs and the reliability provided by the Yamaha brand. Its user interface, parts library and programming are identical to those of other Yamaha machines, in Hungarian it is clean, simple, fast and easy to learn.

 

Up to three insertion heads (high speed, mixed, capable of handling extremely large parts) can be selected depending on whether speed or flexibility is the primary consideration. Regardless of the choice, the implant heads can be easily and quickly exchanged with each other.

 

The ISM40R is available in two main designs, with two (2) and four (4) beams. Depending on the selection, the smallest and largest parts that can be planted may differ.
