R – Upgraded version of YSM20
The Yamaha P&P concept is based on three pillars: speed, flexibility, one platform. The YSM20R has increased the speed without compromise compared to its predecessor (YSM20). Just to mention a few machine specifics: 2 beams - 95k CPH @ 25um - 3 sigma, continuous bed change, continuous feeder carrier change, wide part scale with no head change!
With different configurations, it can plant parts from 0201mm to 55x100mm (h=28mm). It is also available in a configuration with one (1) beam design, and its wider version, the YSM20RV, is suitable for two-lane production.
