Sigma G5S2 / F8S

Yamaha completes its portfolio with the Sigma series developed in Japan, but operating under the Hitachi name. Similar to the YSM20R type, it was sharpened for high mix and/or high volume production without compromise. We recommend it for range production where a multitude of valuable and complicated component types must be produced in the shortest possible time, even with many passes. Both heads of the dual-beam system can pick up parts from both sides, automatically change nozzles and work simultaneously, with a maximum speed of 90,000 CPH, like the G5S2. In terms of component types, it can mount special designs from 0201mm to 72x72mm or 150x26mm with precision up to 25um.
Fast production is served in the background by SL Feeders (SuperLoading), line balancing software, Auto Setup and ACV (Setup Verification) system. By using them, it is possible to eliminate the decrease in efficiency due to micro-stopping.
