PHXLE Preheater for printed circuit boards, dimensions 510x610mm
A preheater is necessary to avoid thermal shock on multi-layer printed circuit boards during finishing.
PHXLE is used for preheating large PCBAs such as communication boards, boards used in the aircraft industry, etc. and is ideal for repetitive soldering jobs. It has a heating surface of 510 x 610 mm, with 6 independent working zones (255 x 203 mm) that can be switched on/off.
It is highly reliable and unmatched in temperature accuracy and PCBA control, so no component is damaged.
It has three operating modes:
Power Mode mode enables operation at a fixed power level with the possibility of using a protective thermocouple.
Temperature mode maintains the PCBA at a selected temperature, using a control thermocouple and, optionally, protection thermocouples.
The profile mode allows control of the PCBA heating rate using a control and protection thermocouple, without exceeding the recommended limit levels in each application. It has 22 customizable profiles.
Up to eight thermocouples can be connected, allowing the operator to operate in any of three operating modes.
