In many applications, accuracy and consistency of the dispensed quantity are critical. Musashi MPP piston dosing heads are an excellent solution for such applications. Thanks to their volumetric displacement principle, they always ensure a stable dosage regardless of the temperature, viscosity or pressure of the material, and thanks to their wear-resistant design, they require little maintenance.

The MPP-1, a smaller model, can dispense up to tenths of a microliter, while the larger MPP-3 can be used up to 7 ml. Abrasive materials and thermally conductive pastes loaded with MPP heads can also be dispensed with high precision without wearing out the head and without frequent replacement of its parts.
