Stand-alone automatic dosing station
This equipment provides a cost-effective solution for any dispensing task, be it 1D dots, 2D lines or 3D seal contour dispensing, thermal paste application or even atmospheric filling. The unit uses a CNC-controlled axis system to ensure accurate dispensing location. High process safety is ensured by accessories such as a needle weighing station, automatic mixing stem flushing, dispensed quantity weight measurement or heating of the dispensing head and mixing stem.
