A90 SERIES PREPARATION OF MATERIALS

Compact solutions

This family of Scheugenpflug material feeders is the entry category into the world of automated dosing. Ideal for applications where mixing of raw materials and low material consumption is not required. Any tube on the market can be connected to the A90C type. Its piston design ensures the correct inlet pressure of the dispensing head. A90B, i.e. The booster type is ideal for applications where a higher pressure of the material is required, which the original pipe can no longer withstand, or the material needs to be delivered over a longer distance. Type A90T is suitable for dispensing low viscosity materials from pressurized tanks. The A90D deaeration unit is suitable for airtight opening and transport of tubes or other containers that are not completely bubble-free to the dispensing head.

A90C – CARTRIDGE

  • Versions that can handle any tube (Semco or Euro cartridge)
  • Robust piston design
  • The compact size can even be placed on the dosing head
  • It is controlled by the SCP210 unit
  • Low and empty material level detection.
  • A90CV automatic bleeding after tube replacement

A90B – BOOSTER

  • Unit for sending desktop material
  • Providing higher material pressure 5 – 30 bar
  • A90 C can be connected
  • Capacity 200 ml

A90T – TANK

  • Pressure tank
  • For low viscosity materials
  • 6-60 liters
  • Robust design

A90D - DEGASSER

  • For venting material without bubbles
  • Pipes, buckets or containers can be connected
  • Direct delivery of material to the dosing head
  • Or transfer without bubbles to another container
